Better performance starts long before you climb onto the saddle.
The best athletes devote a lot of attention to flexibility and core strength. This individualized program of flexibility and strength will pinpoint and correct imbalances to improve performance.
Your Body Balance session begins with an evaluation to identify your unique strengths, goals, and any physiological problems.
Next comes a program of conditioning workouts—stretching, strength-building and breathing exercises that are customized and periodized to meet your individual needs.
Because correct form is so important, as is your body’s response to the program, Body Balance Flex and Body Balance Strength are separate sessions.
Each 90-minute Body Balance Session: $155
Body Balance Flex is a prerequisite to Body Balance Strength.
