Better performance starts long before you climb onto the saddle. The best athletes devote a lot of attention to flexibility and core strength. Our individualized program of flexibility and strength will pinpoint and correct imbalances to improve performance. Your BodyFiTTE session begins with a thorough personal evaluation by your FiTTE System practitioner, to identify your unique strengths, goals, and any physiological problems. Next comes a customized program of conditioning workouts—stretching, strength-building and breathing exercises developed by John Howard, along with world-renowned coaches and physiologists.
Because correct form is so important, as is your body’s response to the program, BodyFiTTE Flex and BodyFiTTE Strength are separate sessions. Each 90-minute BodyFiTTE Session: $155 BodyFiTTE Flex is a prerequisite to BodyFiTTE Strength. |
